Returns are accepted only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or different from the approved order specifications. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your shipment.
Eligible products may be exchanged for the same item if they contain manufacturing defects or shipping damage. Products must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Once your return has been inspected and approved, refunds or replacements will be processed according to the agreed resolution. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
